Lexus has announced the release of an updated UX 300h hybrid crossover, set to debut in North America. This new model features a range of enhancements, including a brand-new hybrid system, advanced technology, and improved safety features. The highlight of the updates is the introduction of the fifth-generation Lexus Hybrid System, which is being used in a Lexus vehicle for the first time. Furthermore, the US-market UX 300h Premium and F Sport variants come with a new 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, while the Base models retain a 7.0-inch display.
In terms of safety, the UX 300h is equipped with Lexus Safety System+ 3.0, which includes a range of advanced safety and driver assistance technologies. The Pre-Collision System now features Risk Avoidance Emergency Steer Assist, providing additional support for collision avoidance. Other features include Lane Tracing Assist, Road Sign Assist, and Proactive Driving Assist.
